Hi! I am Yvonna, from Enjoy Your Life, Today!
Enjoy Your Life is a holistic blend of Life Coaching, Energy Healing and so much more. I love supporting you on your journey in whichever way possible. I believe everyone can live a life they enjoy, and feel fully fulfilled.
I have a Diploma in Professional Coaching and I much prefer Life Coaching to Corporate Coaching. I am also a Reiki Master and have done a wide variety of courses and classes in other modalities. I look at a person as a whole, everything about them. I am a member of Reiki NZ Inc, the Christchurch Vegan Society and the Dutch Society. I have been on the organising committees for the Reiki Masters Gatherings and the Reiki Conferences for many years.
I provide a really personalised service to help you to move forward to Enjoy Your Life, Today! With Coaching and Healing, your entire life will change, bit by bit, when you are ready to allow your personal transformation to occur.

I really enjoy running workshops, classes and courses for groups, too. I have developed a “Discover Yourself” series of workshops and I teach a “Heal Your Self” series as well.
